Skrivora Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Skrivora as an AI academic workspace, including accounts, credits, documents, exports, and third-party integrations such as Google Drive.

Use of service

  • Skrivora is an AI academic companion platform that supports research, writing, citations, revisions, and document exports.
  • Users must use Skrivora responsibly and comply with campus rules, laws, and applicable academic integrity standards.
  • Skrivora does not guarantee graduation, grades, journal acceptance, or approval from lecturers or institutions.

Academic integrity

  • Users may not use Skrivora to create fake data, fake references, plagiarism, AI detection manipulation, or other academic violations.
  • AI output must be reviewed, verified, and adapted by the user before use.
  • Users are fully responsible for final documents submitted or published.

AI features and output limits

  • AI features may generate suggestions, drafts, summaries, paraphrases, revisions, diagrams, and recommendations that may not always be accurate.
  • Users must check facts, references, citations, and formatting before using outputs.
  • Skrivora may limit or reject requests that risk violating academic integrity policies.

Credits and payments

  • Some features require credits. Credits may be granted through bonuses, purchases, refunds, or administrative adjustments.
  • Credits spent on successful processes are recorded as auditable transactions.
  • Refund or adjustment policies follow Skrivora operational decisions and evidence of service usage.

Documents and Google Drive

  • Users may connect Google Drive to select private PDF/DOCX template files.
  • Users represent that selected files belong to them or that they have the right to use them.
  • Skrivora uses Drive access for metadata and template file validation according to permissions granted by the user.

Service limitations

  • Skrivora may suspend accounts involved in abuse, spam, credit fraud, security violations, or academic integrity violations.
  • We may change, add, or discontinue features to maintain service security, quality, and sustainability.
  • The service may be interrupted due to maintenance, AI providers, network, database, or third-party services such as Google.

Limitation of liability

  • Skrivora provides technology and AI assistance as available.
  • Skrivora is not responsible for academic decisions, institutional assessments, or consequences of using outputs without user verification.
  • By using Skrivora, users agree to these terms and the applicable privacy policy.
